Holiday Deadlines

Order placed by date and time to ensure delivery before the 25th:
  • USPS Ground Advantage™: December 16, 2024, before noon MST
  • Priority Mail®: December 18,  2024, before noon MST
  • UPS 2nd Day Air® services: December 20, 2024, before noon MST
  • UPS Next Day Air® services: December 23, 2024, before noon MST

Please be aware that the provided cutoff dates for shipping are intended for reference purposes only. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, it moves beyond our direct control. As such, we are unable to influence or manage the package's journey or delivery times after it has left our premises.

It is important for our customers to understand that, while we strive to ensure prompt and timely dispatch of your orders, various factors affecting the carriers can lead to unforeseen delays. Given this reality, we must declare that we cannot offer refunds for any deliveries that arrive late due to issues arising from the carrier's side.

We invite our customers to plan their purchases with these considerations in mind, acknowledging the potential for delivery uncertainties. Our team remains dedicated to providing excellent service up until the point of handover to the carrier, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.

General Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders $50 or more.

Shipping rates for orders below $50 will be charged a flat rate of $5 (except as posted in summer shipping advisory above).

We currently only ship to the US lower 48 states.

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

Any delivery failures caused by the carrier are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses entered by customers. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please feel free to contact our customer support team at hello@butterandme.co. We'll be delighted to assist you.

To save the trees, we will not print your packing slip. Please refer to your order confirmation email if you want to check on your order item(s). 

P/S: All our shipping materials are made from recycled materials and are recyclable and biodegradable. Please keep the cycle going!

Exchange/Return

Due to the nature of our products, Butter & Me does not accept exchanges or returns. Our items are carefully crafted and packaged to meet the highest standards of quality before they reach you. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we are committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring your satisfaction.
