Shipment paused for vacation

From Feb 9 to Mar 2, our team will be on vacation. But don’t worry! The shop remains open for your browsing. All orders placed in this period will be considered as pre-orders and will be shipped after Mar 4.

Please note, we will pause all shipping of orders until we return on Mar 4. We appreciate your understanding!

Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders $50 or more.

Shipping rates for orders below $50 will be calculated based on weight and destinations.

We currently only ship to the US lower 48 states.

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

Any delivery failures caused by the carrier are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses entered by customers. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please feel free to contact our customer support team at hello@butterandme.co. We'll be delighted to assist you.

To save the trees, we will not print your packing slip. Please refer to your order confirmation email if you want to check on your order item(s). 

Summer shipping advisory

Most of our products are heat sensitive, so we will be shipping these items on Monday to Wednesday only to avoid package sitting on truck over the weekend.

Please keep track of your package and bring the package to room temperature as soon as you receive it.

If the package was exposed to heat (>90F), leave the item(s) at room temperature for 3 hours or place them in the refrigerator for 1 hour before opening.  

P/S: All our shipping materials are made from recycled materials and are recyclable and biodegradable. Please keep the cycle going!
